Warriors of women, this is what we are. I heard a song this week with this title and I could really relate. Some of the other words were, "its a wild wild west, doing my best, to stay alive, I will survive". Is this not true? Wow, so real for so many of us. We are soldiers of love. My Bible tells us that faith worketh by love.( Gal 5:6). In order for faith to work in our lives, it has to be motivated by love. We too vow we will survive and see the great and mighty promises of God to come to pass in our lives. Our part is to know about them, then we can expect them, then love begins to flow from us, in us, and then through us as well it should be. People need to see the love of God in us as well as from us. Meanness and discontent is all around us, so where else would you expect to find the love of God to come from? Think on this. Show some love today. Somebody needs it. As you give you shall receive. (Luke 6:36-38). Take Care Soldiers.!!!!
Hello family, to all the readers who are mothers and those who are not. This is a really special day of recognition for us. One where the world takes note and gives honor to the one who toiled in labor pains getting each one of us here as well as us getting our children here. My two daughters took me out to 'Chili's' yesterday because I have to work on Sunday. It was great. We ate and talked and laughed and had a really good time. They each are so different yet have their head on pretty straight and are attempting to live life to the fullest. They are at the age where they don't want me to tell them what to do, and so all I do is listen and we get along just fine. In closing I sure hope that your special day will be every bit as good as mine. Take Care, Need Him/ Seek Him, Esther.
Hello family and readers; This is the first song I heard in the beginning of this day. We know that change is gonna come and we should be expecting it . I know you're expecting right? I mean we are praying and believing God for what "He" has given you to "Believe Him For". Something that only "He" can do. It's called a promise, and the Bible is full of them. Now the catch is that you have to be doing some daily reading of "His" Word to know what then are and what you are entitled to. Now you've got it and your faith will move you to it. Standing on "His" promises, reach for yours. In Him/ Need Him. Esther.
Hello prayer warriors: Do many of you have real friendships with other women? For a long I sure didn't. I just did not believe they could be trusted, but today that is alot better. There is a book out by this very same title. In it she makes the Bible come alive for us women. Through her, women over the years have found direction and inspiration. The book will encourage us to see our desire for friendships as a gift and not a burden. We have to take the time to "Be" what we want from others. People/women will indeed fail us at sometime or another. The goal is to continue to love because of, not in spite of. Perhaps this book could help. The author is Dee Brestin. Invest in others with what you learn. Seek Him/Need Him. Take Care. Think on this.!!!! Esther.
Hello Family: Stronger with every tear, that's the word for us today. I am still standing and believing God for what only He can and will do. Prayer is so important right now. PUSH, praying until something happens. This is what it is. Not a begging type prayer, but a prayer of thanksgiving because we really believe Him to do what we have asked of Him. Standing on His Word, with an unshakable faith. Just trust the process and dare to believe. Selah. Esther.
